WHY DON'T YOU HAVE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

Our passion for creating intentional Guam-centric items to share with those who call Guam home is the driving force that fuels our business. As we thought about how we would like to re-launch our brand, still maintaining our full-time jobs, we decided that the best model that worked for us was partnering with well-established manufacturing companies to handle the inventory, production, and export of our merchandise after it is lovingly and proudly designed in Guam. Every order we send out is made-to-order. While we understand that the lengthy wait can be frustrating, we also know that your purchase will be worth the wait.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?

We are a military family  with a husband and son who serve in the armed forces and are so grateful for those families who serve! While our e-commerce platform does not currently support shipping features to APO addresses, simply send us a screenshot of the items you'd like to purchase in your shopping cart and we will send you an invoice and get your items mailed out to you. From our family to yours, thank you for your service!

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO GET OUR ORDER?

Every order we receive is made-to-order. The average turn around time for our products averages 2-3 weeks, with our hand-sewn tote bags, backpacks, men's chest bags and duffel bags taking from 5-7 days to produce and 10-15 days for delivery. While we understand that the lengthy wait can be frustrating, we also know that your purchase will be worth the wait.

MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET

We do our best to ensure that you receive your orders within the timeline that we provide, however, we do not have any control of the shipping entities that are used. If your order is running behind schedule, we will do our best to reach out to our manufactures to track it down, however, refunds will not be issued for items that were shipped within our estimated time line.

RETURN+EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving an item that is defective or received not matching our description. Customer will incur return shipping costs, unless we find that item is defective or not matching our description. No returns or refunds will be issued for items that customer has approved proofs for, unless item is defective or not matching our description.
